The questions or comments in the video are read as they came in. I made no alterations to correct them or change them in any way other than not revealing the names of manufacturers or individuals. When you hear the emails you will understand that even if you are not a lawyer.

While I would like to think that we got this out of our system I am reasonably sure that there will be an I Get Email #2, #3 and who-knows how many after that.
